Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt. Delivery takes place within 5 to 10 business days of the shipping date, depending on the availability of the carrier and the delivery location. We apologise for any delays in delivery due to customs clearance or inspections, as well as for delays caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your order.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Europe. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information on delivery countries, please contact us at info@purallia.com.

How can I change my delivery address?

Changing the address is only possible until 23:00 (CET, +1 GMT) on the day of the order. You can contact us at info@purallia.com to request such a change.

Can I have my order delivered to an address that is different from my card's billing address?

Yes, this is possible.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays are shipped the following Monday.
